• Question: If there was gravity outside the universe would that effect how we live in earth?

      Hi there, pretty cool question. Well I guess the quick answer is No because the Universe is pretty much everything amd it’s assumed to be empty space outside of it. If you talk about the solar system then our sun gives the gravity which pulls on everything around it. Then you have other millions of solar systems in our galaxy which overall might pull on ours but the Earth wouldn’t really notice. But lets assume that another sun came close to our own then the pull between the Suns (our own and the new one) would indeed have major effects on the planets and Earth would be one of those. But the closest sun to our own is alpha Centaurus which is trillions of km from our own sun – much too far away to bother us.
