Hi King blanch, in my original response I responded that maybe you should ask your teachers but it has to be said that stress is something that you will experience throughout life and school is part of it. What’s most important is to learn how to deal with it, be it by doing sports, hobbies, talking with your friends etc.

Hi King Blanch, I think that school is a good preparation for life, sometimes things are plain sailing and you are totally unstressed, then at other times you feel quite stressed because of exams or deadlines… A bit of stress is not a bad thing, but it should only be for a short time, not all the time…

Any thing that you do in lefe can cause stress, so if school is causing it now, your work or family life could cause it in the future. The important thing is to be able to manage stress. First you need to identify exactly what is causing it, and then hopefully you can work on solutions to minimise it.

Unfortunately stress comes in all shapes and forms throughout your life. School can be stressful at times but what is important is how you learn to control it and use it to be productive. Some people strive off of the pressure stress provides while others just feel like taking a nap. I think a middle ground is best where you aren’t depending on stress all the time to get things done! It’s important however that you can find an activity that lets you unwind and calm down after your stressful day. If you are really having a hard time with it talk to someone like your parents or teachers about it. They’ll be happy to help.
