Question: What is a blackhole

I´m not Einstein and I am no real expert on black holes, but my simple understanding is that they are places in the universe which pull in all the energy that surrounds them. THey don´t radiate, emit or reflect any radiation, so they can be considered black and we cannot see them or detect them with any sensors directly. You can only know that something is there if you can measure some energy coming from it, that energy is some sort of radiation – it could be light, or heat or microwaves.
