• Question: is it easy been engineers and was it your dream

      The work can be challenging and demanding. Typically there are tight schedules and deadlines to meet, so there can be a lot of pressure put on you to meet these. However, this is what being an engineer is all about! Figuring out a solution to a problem and watching it be implemented within the project is incredibly rewarding.

      I wouldn’t say it is easy, but that is a good thing, easy becomes boring very quickly. But I wouldn’t say it is impossibly difficult every day either… It is generally challenging, because if it already works, you probably don’t need an engineer working on it. We are the problem solvers, but always there are managers and the money people who want you to do it faster, better and cheaper (just so you know, you can’t do all three – if you want it faster and cheaper, it is very unlikely to be better…)
