Hi Beth, time is a great healer for a broken heart and as time is both scientifically/engineering wise important then that is your response.

Apparently there is. All sorts of hormones are released when you have a broken heart but I’m sure it will recover with time.

I’m not sure if it can be explained scientifically but I would imagine it is an emotional response primarily which brings on many different hormones in your body that gives you that physical feeling of a heart break. Unfortunately there isn’t a cure through this, just time will heal it.
